I have been working out with Fischer Fitness for two years. Prior to a hip replacement surgery, Adam and I worked on the mobility of the hip and strengthening of the surrounding muscles. Because I was prepared, I was able to fly through rehab, had a short recovery period and minimal pain. Once we concurred that, he then developed a full body workout routine to help me succeed in life. Besides the benefit of my clothes fitting better, feeling more confident and the scale having a more favorable number on it, I can get on the ground and play with my dogs and also run around the backyard with the grandkids without getting winded, needing help up or worse yet, just watching from the side. It is better to participate in life than to be on the sidelines. 

Adam asks you what your goals are. How you see yourself in 3 or 6 months. He prepares workouts with various exercises to avoid routine. He comes into each session with infectious energy. My core has never been more solid and functional. You think you are working all of these little muscle groups to better maneuver through life, then all of a sudden, the shirt sleeves are filled with bigger biceps, or you notice your pants are fitting better. 

A word of caution, he cannot count reps and talk at the same time. If you are in conversation, be prepared to do two or three extra reps. 😉

Adam goes through continuous training on his own, learning new techniques, exercises and better ways to have a positive effect on your mind and body. He takes care of his body and wants you to do the same. He doesn’t push any line of supplements. But, has a firm grasp on what works and what doesn’t. Leaving it up to you to decide what to add to (or remove from) your diet.

Regardless of what decade you are in your life or your current physical abilities, I strongly recommend Adam and Fischer Fitness to anyone who has the desire to improve!
