Assessment/Screening
$80 - 90 minutes
This is the foundation of everything we’ll build together. In your assessment, we’ll identify movement patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and any limitations that could affect training outcomes.
Through a mix of practical fitness tests, posture and mobility screening, and discussion of your lifestyle, nutrition, and goals, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body actually moves—and what’s been holding it back.
This session sets the blueprint for smart, sustainable progress. By learning your physical baseline and building awareness of how you move, we create a roadmap that keeps you improving safely, efficiently, and intentionally. Real transformation starts with understanding.
Personal Training
60, 90 or 120 Minute Training Sessions, $40–$80/hr. depending on frequency
Every person’s body tells a story, and training is how you change that story intentionally. Each session begins where you are today—your abilities, history, mindset, and goals—and builds from there.
You’ll receive a comprehensive assessment, individualized programming, and live coaching focused on form, technique, and mindset. Every session evolves with your progress, adapting to the physical and mental variables that define real life.
I don’t follow generic templates. We build a plan that fits you: your strengths, limitations, and lifestyle. The goal isn’t just more muscle—it’s more awareness, capability, and independence. True training teaches discipline that extends beyond the gym; it reshapes how you approach challenge and growth in every area of life.
Stretch & Recovery
$50 - 45 minutes
Training breaks the body down—recovery builds it back stronger. This focused 45-minute session blends assisted stretching, mobility work, and guided breathing to release tension, improve flexibility, and accelerate recovery.
It’s not just about feeling loose; it’s about restoring alignment and balance so your body can perform, heal, and adapt. For many clients, this becomes a reset button—a way to recharge physically and mentally before returning to daily demands.
Growth doesn’t happen by accident; it happens through equal parts effort and restoration. Recovery is where your progress takes root.
